The VEGGS collection features a series 576 anthropomorphic egg-like figures with intricate patterns, bold colors, and various designs. Think of these like psychedelic Faberge Eggs gone wild!
All of the pieces share a similar fusion of tribal art and modern design elements. Each VEGG figure features an original on different background with unique facial features, expressions and accessories. It’s a style that seems to be inspired by a range of influences—from indigenous art to contemporary digital design—yet the collection stands out for its imaginative approach to character design.
Runes, the artist behind VEGGS, has done an amazing job blending an amalgam of art aesthetics and, in the process, has created a series of works that are both captivating and enigmatic.
The project has two CFT-20 tokens associated with it: $VEGGS and $NBACON. In the coming days and weeks we’ll learn what the utility is for these tokens. From our searches on X, Runes has been using the tokens to gamify the distribution of the VEGGS inscriptions. Pretty cool.
